How to apply for tubewell new connection in UPPCL UP-

An applicant shall go to the ptw online connection website http://ptw.uppcl.org/online/account/login or उत्तर प्रदेश पॉवर कॉर्पोरेशन लिमिटेड (uppcl.org) for new electricity connection in tubewell or uppcl ptw connection.

DOCUMENT REQUIRED FOR NEW TUBEWELL CONNECTION ( UPPCL PTW CONNECTION)-

In this article, we will discuss the required documents for a tubewell connection(uppcl ptw connection). whenever an applicant wants to get a connection in uppcl PTW connection ie Agriculture. We will tell you this today. The requirement of the form varies at the time of application and at the time of agreement. That is, the consumer has to submit three forms at the time of application. And 3 forms have to be submitted at the time of agreement.

Therefore, when the consumer fills the application form, the document that is required at the time of filling the application form is as follows-

DOCUMENT REQUIRED DURING APPLICATION FORM 

1- Applicant’s Aadhar Card

2- Khatauni/registry, in which the name of the applicant and the Gata number(land no.) of the land should be mentioned.

3- Boring certificate issued by BDO(block development officer) indicating the Gata number(land no.) applied for.

REASON FOR REJECTION OF NEW ELECTRICITY CONNECTION TUBEWLL( UPPCL PTW CONNECTION)

Applicant’s name should be the same on the Aadhaar card, on Khatauni, and the boring certificate issued by BDO i.e. if the consumer or applicant’s name is not the same on these three required documents, then in such case the connection can be rejected. so on the boring certificate issued by BDO Office, on Aadhaar, and on Khatauni the name of the applicant should be the same.

And the Gata number{registry’s land no.) of the land should also be the same in the application form, boring certificate, and Khatauni, otherwise, the application can be canceled.

After filling the application form by the applicant and submitting the above three documents, the Gata number(land of agriculture) given on the boring certificate is inspected by the concerned Junior Engineer and Sub Divisional Officer OF UPPCL on behalf of the Electricity Department UPPCL.

If the location of the field shown by the applicant on the spot and the Gata number given on the khatauni (registry paper) do not match with each other, then the application will be rejected.

And if the field is shown by the applicant and if the Gata number(land no.) inscribed on the applicant’s application, matches, then the Estimate of the said application is made by the Junior Engineer of the Electricity Department UPPCL. In the estimate, line charge, security, meter cast, and labor charge are added. Line charge means the electrical materials cost used to make a line. Its price comes by charging the line. After the depositing of the cost of the steam by the consumer, there is an agreement between the executive engineer of the consumer and the electrical department. At the time of the agreement, 3 forms are again submitted by the consumer, which are as follows.

DOCUMENT REQUIRED DURING AGREEMENT

1- Stamp paper of ₹ 100 on which the agreement is made between the Executive Engineer OF UPPCL and the applicant.

2- Treasury Challan of ₹ 500 which is made from any branch of SBI Bank which is challaned mainly in the name of Directorate of Electrical Safety.

3- In addition, the third form B & L certificate.

Which is a work completion report by the contractor ie, the b & l form is issued by the licensed contractor authorized by the department in which. in which it is written that the above line has been constructed by me, which is completely correct and safe.

Apart from this, if the applicant uses any material by purchasing it by self, then the receipt of that purchased material is also required to be deposited.

 CONCLUSION

 On completion of the work, the applicant informs the department that the work of making my work line has been completed and our line has been charged, now our bill should be started, after which the first bill of the consumer is issued by the officials of the Electricity Department.
